Oceania Cruises®, the world’s leading culinary- and destination-focused cruise line, has announced a new value promise, Your World Included™. This enhanced offering expands the range of always-included amenities for guests worldwide, strengthening Oceania’s commitment to Your World. Your Way®.
Your World Included introduces complimentary shipboard gratuities for all guests, covering tips for stateroom attendants, butlers, and dining staff. Previously, gratuities were only included for certain guest groups, but this new policy ensures all guests benefit from this convenience, adding further value to the luxury experience.
These gratuities come in addition to a host of other inclusions. Guests can continue to enjoy dining at gourmet specialty restaurants, unlimited Starlink® WiFi, soft drinks, juices, specialty coffees, teas, Vero Water®, in-room dining, and group fitness classes, among other benefits. The updated Your World Included programme takes effect on 1st October 2024, applying to new bookings for sailings departing from 1st January 2025.
The shift to Your World Included comes in response to guest feedback. While Oceania’s previous simply MORE™ programme, which ends on 30th September 2024, included a shore excursion credit and beverage package, many guests expressed a preference for universal inclusions such as gratuities.
On a typical 10-day cruise, Your World Included offers guests amenities valued at over £1,367 ($1,800 USD) per stateroom when compared to other premium cruise lines. This value includes gratuities, WiFi, non-alcoholic beverages, and specialty dining—all now included as standard under Your World Included.
