Cunard has launched a new way to pre-book your onboard essentials in one go, with the Cunard Signature Packages. Instead of buying drinks, Wi-Fi and a bit of extra dining spend separately (and usually at onboard prices), you can bundle them at the time you book and save up to around 30% compared to buying Wi-Fi and the drinks collection onboard.

These packages go live for booking from 18 December 2025 and apply to new bookings on voyages sailing from March 2026.

What are Cunard Signature Packages?

There are two options, and both include:

  • a drinks collection

  • a Wi-Fi plan (single device)

  • dining credit (this shows as onboard credit and is used for eligible onboard purchases)

Signature Package (what’s included)

Beverage Collection: everyday drinks (alcoholic and alcohol-free) up to US$13.50 per drink (you can pay the difference for anything above that). It covers beers, spirits and liqueurs, cocktails, and red/white/rosé wines, plus an in-suite fine dining menu. There’s also 15% off select Wine and Bar Academy activities and bottled wine.

Essential Wi-Fi (single device): web browsing, email, and social media (text and images).

Dining credit: to use towards alternative dining and premium dish supplements in venues onboard.

Premium Signature Package (what’s included)

Premium Beverage Collection: a wider drinks list up to US$20 per drink (again, you can pay the difference above that). Includes champagne, fine wines, top-tier spirits, liqueurs, craft cocktails, plus the core beers/spirits/wines/cocktails. Also includes 25% off select Wine and Bar Academy activities and bottled wine.

Premium Wi-Fi (single device): everything in Essential, plus music streaming and social media including video streaming and video calling.

Dining credit: a higher amount than the Signature Package (varies by voyage length).

Pricing: what you’ll pay (per person, per day)

Prices depend on voyage length. Here’s the package price per person, per day in GBP, plus the headline saving Cunard shows versus buying the Wi-Fi + drinks separately onboard.

A quick note: Cunard’s 'saving vs' is based on comparing Wi-Fi + beverage collection only, and it’s shown before any $ to £ exchange rate is applied.

Which one should you pick?

Here’s the simple way to think about it:

  • Go Signature if you want the basics covered: a solid everyday drinks selection, simple browsing and messaging, and a bit of dining credit for alternative venues.

  • Go Premium if you care about better drinks choices (including champagne), and you want Wi-Fi that’s more realistic for streaming/video calls.

If you’re doing a 10–14 night sailing, the Premium package is listed at £70pp per day, and the dining credit for that band is US$80pp.

Important rules to know before you book

These are the bits that catch people out:

  • New bookings only, and it must be added at the time of booking (you can’t add it later, and you can’t buy it onboard).

  • It has to be purchased for all eligible guests sharing a stateroom.

  • 18+ only for the standard package. Where a guest is 17 or under, an Alcohol-Free Collection applies instead (with Wi-Fi + dining credit still included).

  • Dining credit appears as onboard credit, must be used during the voyage, and can’t be used for advance reservations made via My Cunard. It’s not transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash.

  • Payment is due at booking. The package is non-refundable once the voyage departs, can’t be transferred, and can’t be upgraded to Premium later.

Final thoughts

If you’re the sort of cruiser who buys a drinks package and Wi-Fi anyway, Cunard Signature Packages are a pretty straightforward way to lock those in upfront, with dining credit as a nice extra on top. The key is deciding whether you’ll actually use the Premium perks (better drink value cap and stronger internet), because that’s where the upgrade earns its keep.
