🛳️ A Quick Intro to VIVA ENJOY
VIVA ENJOY is one of the newest ships from VIVA Cruises. Launched in 2023, it features a sleek, modern design. The ship carries around 150 guests, creating a personal and serene atmosphere. The vibe is relaxed luxury—smart interiors, friendly service, and no fuss.
As a river cruise ship, VIVA ENJOY is long and low, designed to fit under bridges and through locks. It glides through Europe’s most beautiful regions. Whether you’re passing through fairytale towns or miles of rolling vineyards, the views are breathtaking. The ship is built to maximize your enjoyment of these stunning landscapes.
☀️ Sun Deck: Scenic Views & Chilled Vibes
Let’s start at the top. The sun deck on VIVA ENJOY is a highlight of the experience. It offers plenty of cozy loungers, shaded seating areas, and 360° panoramic views of the riverbanks.

There is a small plunge pool for warmer days. You will also find outdoor tables to enjoy a drink from the bar while taking in the scenery. This area is peaceful and perfect for watching the world glide by.
VIVA ENJOY also provides bicycles for guests to explore the ports. These are perfect for flat riverside towns. You can book these bikes through reception, and they are free to use.
💎 Diamond Deck & Atrium: Light, Bright & Central
Moving down to the diamond deck, you’ll arrive in the ship’s atrium, which spans two decks. This is the heart of the ship, both literally and socially. It features an open, modern design, with natural light pouring in through vast glass windows.

In the atrium, there is a water refill station, so don’t forget your reusable bottle! You can also find a 24/7 coffee and tea machine that quickly becomes a favorite, especially in the mornings or after a day of sightseeing.
The lift is located beside the staircase. It runs from the sun deck to the emerald deck, ensuring all areas of the ship are easily accessible.
🍴 Viva’s Bistro: Casual, Cozy & Scenic
Walk towards the back of the diamond deck and you’ll find Viva’s Bistro, a more casual dining option onboard.
Open for lunch and dinner, Viva’s Bistro features a slightly smaller menu than the main restaurant. It still offers beautifully cooked dishes with fresh, regional ingredients. If you prefer something lighter or simply don’t want a big meal, this is a perfect option.

You’ll find another coffee and tea station in the bistro. At the back, there is a lovely outdoor seating area ideal for lunch on a warm day or a quiet dinner with the sunset.
🎼 The Lounge: Music, Tea & River Views
Heading back to the front of the diamond deck, you will reach the main lounge. This inviting space features floor-to-ceiling windows and comfortable seating throughout.

In the evenings, a live pianist performs, enhancing the calm, elegant atmosphere. You can grab a drink from the nearby bar, find a cozy seat, and enjoy the music as the ship continues its journey.

During the day, this space hosts events like afternoon tea with finger sandwiches and sweets. The occasional ice cream party adds a fun, tasty tradition to your onboard experience.
🍹 Bar Area: A Tucked-Away Treat
Just a few steps down from the lounge is a more intimate bar area. This space is quieter and often less busy. It’s perfect for lounging with a book while enjoying the views from a different angle.

A small outdoor terrace is also available— a hidden gem when the weather is nice.
🍽️ Riverside Restaurant: Main Dining, River Style
Down on the ruby deck, you’ll find the ship’s main dining venue, The Riverside Restaurant.

This is where you will enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Meals include a mix of buffet and table service. Breakfast and lunch typically feature a buffet with salads, fruits, cheeses, and desserts, along with made-to-order options.
Dinner is a more traditional, fully served affair with a multi-course menu that changes daily. The dress code is smart-casual, not formal. The floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the experience, making it just as much about the view as the food.

🛎️ Lower Atrium: Reception, Excursions & Shopping
At the lower level of the atrium, still on the ruby deck, you’ll find a few important spaces:
Reception Desk: For any general inquiries or assistance with your cabin.
Travel Desk: Where you can book excursions or check details.
Bordshop: A small onboard shop offering souvenirs, gifts, essentials, and snacks.
This area can get busier before port days or just before dinner, but the friendly staff are always ready to help.
🧘 Emerald Deck: Wellness & Fitness
Now down to the emerald deck, where you’ll discover the ship’s wellness and fitness spaces.

There’s a small, well-equipped gym featuring a treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, and free weights. It’s usually quiet, especially in the early morning.

Adjacent to the gym is a wellness room, a peaceful area to relax. There is also a massage room where you can book treatments with a professional therapist. This deck has everything you need to unwind or stay active during your river cruise.

🍝 Moments: Italian Dining
Last but certainly not least is Moments, the ship’s Italian restaurant, tucked away on the emerald deck.

Open for lunch and dinner, Moments offers a warm, intimate setting. It’s perfect if you crave something different from the main dining room. The self-service section provides antipasti and salads, a small bar, and a concise yet delightful menu of fresh pastas, risottos, and traditional Italian favorites.

Moments is a great option for a relaxed yet delicious meal—especially when you’re in the mood for comfort food paired with a fine glass of wine.
VIVA ENJOY is a fantastic option for anyone looking to experience a river cruise in comfort and style. Whether you’re lounging on the sun deck with a cocktail, enjoying a piano performance in the lounge, or sampling fresh pasta in Moments, there’s a space for every mood.
With fewer guests, plentiful quiet corners, and thoughtful extras (like refill stations, afternoon tea, and free bikes), it’s easy to see why VIVA Cruises is receiving such great feedback.
If you’re booked on VIVA ENJOY, we hope this walkthrough helped you get a better feel for the ship. If you’re still deciding, this might just help you make up your mind.
Happy river cruising!
