From late October 2025, P&O Cruises will be introducing new pricing for their drinks packages. The good news is that the contents of each package aren’t changing – only the prices. Here’s what you need to know.
New Drinks Package Prices
The updated daily rates will vary slightly depending on the length of your cruise. Those sailing for 15 nights or longer will pay slightly less per day compared to shorter sailings.

Prices are per person, per day. The 10% pre-cruise discount still applies when purchased via My P&O Cruises before you sail.
When Will the New Prices Take Effect?
The new pricing will appear across My P&O Cruises, Polar, and the P&O Cruises website from Tuesday 28th October 2025.
On board, prices will take effect on the following turnaround dates:
Arcadia – 29 October (J518)
Azura – 31 October (A542)
Britannia – 31 October (B526)
Ventura – 1 November (N528)
Iona – 1 November (G535)
Aurora – 2 November (R520)
Arvia – 7 November (K523)
Why Are Prices Changing?
P&O Cruises say cruise-length specific pricing has been introduced to offer better value for guests on longer voyages. The Deluxe and Classic packages now have two price bands, while the Alcohol-Free and Refresh packages stay the same regardless of cruise length.
What’s Included in the Packages?
Nothing has changed here – the contents of all drinks packages remain exactly the same. So whether you choose the Refresh, Alcohol-Free, Classic or Deluxe, you’ll still enjoy the same selection of drinks as before.
What If You Already Purchased a Package?
If you’ve already booked and paid for your drinks package before 28th October 2025, don’t worry – your current price will be honoured.
You’ll still receive your 10% pre-cruise discount too, which remains in place for all packages bought before you sail.
Classic Package Offer Continues
The popular 20% off Classic Drinks Package offer will continue for new cruise bookings made until 17th December 2025. From 28th October, the discount will simply be applied to the new Classic package price.
Wine Packages Remain Unchanged
If you prefer to order by the bottle, P&O’s wine packages are staying at the same price for now:
Commodore’s Collection: 6 bottles £192 | 12 bottles £360
Captain’s Collection: 6 bottles £145 | 12 bottles £270
Can You Upgrade On Board?
Yes – guests can still upgrade their drinks package within the first 48 hours of their cruise.
